MS Access question?
I got a problem with forms and reports...

The tables and queries seem fine, but I got a bunch of yes/no fields (toggles) for demographic stuff (married, single, employed, unemployed, etc)...

Now I want to print out a detailed report on these things...but in Access I get only Xs and when I export it to xls to make life simplier...it meanly sends over the True and False elements...

Is there something in the form control or even the table properties or even the qry sort/criteria that should be set to simply make it print totals? Or do I have to make new qry for each relationship?

Can I do something to export it to xls as REAL data?

While were on the subject...

I set up a query form to search for 'last name' fields and then post the client info? But is there a simplier way of using a 'command' control to simply get_form (the original table input form)? There doesn't seem to be either a simple macro or even a VB expression built in that will just perform a 'get_form' function? Or is there?
