Poll question: Who do you hate more? Mother Nature or Father Time?
Edited on Thu Apr-15-04 07:13 PM by HypnoToad
Mother Nature. She is the revered lady who gave us all life. Ain't nothin' wrong with her.

Unfortunately, she married:

Father Time.

Father Time is the dirty creep who makes us old, feeble, and then dead. He's also responsible for what causes violence in creatures, that was his hidden lifestyle. Oh, he was quite the masochist...

Now, I also think that Father Time had an affair - he slept around and his favorite bit of fluff was Satan... Which makes sense when you think about it.

Mother Nature is just too pure to be reckoned with.

Well, almost. Some chicks just prefer jerks...

2. So that's why nobody mentions Uncle Nobody!
:D Nobody was born before Father Time. Uncle Nobody is what we experience before we are given life.

Death is merely reuniting with our long lost relative.

I hope he's not a pedophile...

4. another perhaps more plausible creation myth. . .
The male and female dieties were having a major row over ultimate power. In order to broker a peace after endless debate, the goddess deferred to the god all powers saving three. . .time, fate, and the weather. The god went strutting away, thinking these things were trivial, though turns out, they were not.

Who'd of thunk it?
