That is one of the funniest parts to me. Ralphie tells his mother that his buddy taught him THAT curse word and his mother tells hes buddy's mother and the next thing you can hear is the kid screaming bloody murder........we've all been there.

That movie is just a classic!!! I've seen it a million times and it never fails to crack me up. Darren McGavin was a perfect cast for the father. Remember him fighting the furnace downstairs..???

Now that I think about it, it makes sense, but if you'd asked me how old Peter Billingsley is earlier today, I would have thought less than 33.
