He is terrible. Unlistenable.
His ego is so large I believe aliens have seen it from Sedna!

Period. I don't know if I can stand not to watch the Angels when they're on Fox this year (the only Angel games I'll get to see will be nationally televised, and I'm sure they'll be rare) but I'm going to try. I'd rather watch Joe Morgan on ESPN.
I think Steve Physioc & Rex Hudler, the Angels' own TV guys, suck, too, but at least they're tolerable.

I enjoy the team of McCarver and Buck. I know Sox fans will say that McCarver's biased since he works Yankees games as well.
Whatever you think of him, it looks like Buck's becoming a future journalistic star. They already have him doing the lead NFL and MLB games.
