Morimoto kicked ass on that gasbag Bobby Flay . . . he also got really pissed when Flay jumped up on the cutting board to strut for the audience at the end of the competition . . . "He's not a chef!" says Morimoto . . . "He stood on the cutting board. We consider the cutting board and the knives sacred" . . . the show was taped in New York and wasn't up to the Japanese standards, but it was fun to watch just to see that pompous ass Flay get slam dunked . . .

I saw that episode a while ago.. Morimoto kicked his ass..Flay was a typical "ugly American", with no clue whatsoever about the Japanese culture. I can't wait for the new Iron Chef America with Morimoto, Flay, Batali, Puck and I think Chin Kenichi... with Alton Brown hosting. That's gonna kick some serious ass.
om edit.. just found out it's Sakai, not Kenichi..
