Good Morning, DU (and why the hell am I awake?)
I've had a balloon ride with my dad and my gramps (his dad) scheduled for weeks now, and we just can't seem to get off the ground. It's really hard to do that in Okla. this time of year. We get a lot of wind here, and we can't fly in winds over 7kts, so we're screwed today. I can't wait until we go, though. Gramps is a former pilot (WWII & Vietnam --- skipped Korea) so it should be a real treat for him. Especially to go with his son and grandson.

So, now I'm awake. I got my java. Gotta get Mrs. Catch22Dem an anniversary present today. It's #12 for us on the 18th.

GOOOOOOOD MORNING DU!!!!

3. I think I'll stay in the basket
My buddy, Josh, went skydiving about 20 minutes after saying "I do." I suppose he figured if he was taking the big "plunge" then he might as well do it right!

5. Its pretty fun
I did it for a while till I messed up once and fell back first and couldn't get turned around. That chute coming around my neck left a burn bad.

6. Yikes! Not cool
Ya made it, though. When my uncle was stationed in Hawaii, he had his own chute and everything. He got real into it. He was a Ranger for 27 years, so he had a lot of jumps. One of these days, I'll have to do it.

9. Mornin'
Good morning to you, too. And congrats on #12.

Where abouts in OK are ya?

I'm in OKC, and despite the wind, I think I must at least take advatage of the opportunity to unleash my grill today. It's been lonely for awhile.

11. Broken Arrow
If you're not familiar with it, it's just a suburb of Tulsa on the SE side.

I unleash my grill every chance I get. Actually, I have a pretty good size (and well seasoned) smoker. I try to fire that baby up as often as possible.
