Second hand pot smoke

The websites say that second hand pot smoke does not make a person test positive for marijuana use. I had been abstaining though but a couple times in the past few weeks sat in a small room as my husband and best friend and later then and our house guest on another occaision. I got high each time. Why does this work? If one were subject to random drug testing, is this a good way to get high without testing positive? Just curious. I am not too concerned about testing positive because they are gone right now and I probably won't be tested until later next week despite my own discretion on Monday (I bought a testing kit to see if I need any help passing).

I don't want any unfortunate suprises. I'll use it when I find when I need to take the test. If it comes up positive, I'll go for overhydration and vitamins.

Thats what Im facing later this week. Apparently they put a strip of paper in your mouth to test.

6. Saliva testing?

Pot isn't detectable as long that way. I think that it is detectable less than 24 hours. Don't quote me on that and smoke because it might be a little longer. It isn't detectable as long as the urine test for marijuana so if you abstain until after that you should be alright. I heard that it is hard to beat if you did smoke recently.

12. You'll be alright

You probably don't want to test the limits and smoke for the next couple days. Stay clean. Get the test if you want to check for piece of mind before your test. I don't know whether that is a lot for a saliva test. My home marijuana urine test was only $14.95. I don't know if there are ways to beat the saliva test so if you would test positive at home, there isn't a lot that you can do. You should be fine. I am hoping that I'll be fine too, but that's why I bought a test.

I am not entirely familiar with how testing facilities determine the exact ppm that would solicit a test positive result, however I know full well that if the THC makeup of your urinalysis were low enough on the ppm scale, it would render your urinalysis negative.
