It would be walking distance if it was McClintock and University or Main(Apache). Plus 10 in the morning? Damn, I'll try to make it but I'll have to check out the bus schedule and 10 am? Damn again. :D

3. I make a very good apple pie FYI

I can do a very nice pie crust.... good structure, flaky and tasty.

But, I'm not going to cook.... too much else to do. Grade lab reports, kill weeds, hang out at DU, my own homework, write lab quiz, hang out at DU, figure out the Physics stuff for next week, and laundry. Heck, maybe I'll even vacuum.

4. I have never made a pie crust

Never had good counter space at any place I've lived, and it seems like too much work. I do love making the pie fillings (I am good at that), so I cheat and buy frozen crusts premade.

Considering how fast we burn through pies, I figure making the crust is disproportionately longer and harder work than the lifespan of the pie justifies. ;-)
