Just had some questions on another Austin visit...

Just wondering if there is a reasonable hotel you know of that's not too pricy and what else should I consider seeing since I've done Esther's Follies and part of 6th street. Any other night life and attractions?

What's your budget?

Nightlife...hmm...sometimes the Alamo Drafthouse Theater has some fun events. Mr. Sinus Theater is sort of like a live Mystery Science Theater 3000.

But mostly, lots of live music and clubs in the Warehouse District and around 6th St.

$120 for one night and I would like to stay as close to downtown as possible

VERY cool and funky. Not expensive either. In a great neighborhood near The Continental Club on S. Congress. Maybe a 5 minute drive to 6th St. (A cheap-o cab ride.) I've had friends stay there, and they've been happy.

2. Try me, I am older, but I am a real Texan and have 2 daughters living

there. I'm not very fond of the place and don't know the cool places. Well okay, maybe I'm not the person to ask.
