If you could know your moment of death, would you want to know?
I wouldn't. I have always assumed I will die suddenly.

I think I will get hit by a truck or keel over and die one day. I just don't think I'll have any time to have a choice or voice in the matter.

I wouldn't want to know when my last day in this life would be. I want to live each day as if I have another one coming. I never want to know if it's my last day.

If you could know when you would die, would you want to know?

2. No Thanks
I like to live every day like it is my last, so if I knew I had a bunch more I might waste time. :)

8. Having survived
3 heart attacks and 3 strokes in the past 23 years I find the possibility of dying something I am not afraid of. Since I know that I have an incurable problem I know I don't have much time left. I just don't know exactly how much. No,I don't want to know in advance.

6. Definitely, for insurance reasons.
I'm gonna kick off one day, but it would be nice to let my wife and kids profit on it.

Also I'd like to get all of my affairs in proper order.

10. In some ways it'd be a help.
If you consider stuff like, "Oh hell--I better get a haircut today--it won't wait till next week." or "I better dig up that damn will--WHERE did I put that thing when I got back from the attorney's office?"

It would almost certainly keep you from buying life insurance before you need it and that could save a bunch of cash. It would also help you plan for your retirement. "Shit--Watt you MEAN I'm gonna live to be 100?" It would sure keep you from putting new carpet in the family room or painting the kitchen if you didn't need to.

Mostly, it would let you make peace with all those you need to, and tell all those you love goodbye...

I do think it continues after this plane of existence, and I do think we all can celebrate being liberated from these frail bodies. I must be odd to want to know...

18. Should I pay these bills, or take that trip to Nepal?
If you knew you were dying in a few months, it might affect that decision.

but, no, I wouldn't want to know. Surprise me.

13. No I don't want to know
I figure with possibly inheriting my family's medical genetics, I am doomed to several unpleasant ends. So I have a general idea what could happen, but don't want to know when.

19. Yes! Absolutely!
I would want to know so that I would know how long I have to complete my List Of Things To Do Before I Die. Also, if I don't need to plan for retirement, that'll be a weight off. :-)
