If I strangle my neighbor's dog will you still love me in the morning? |
|
Ok, mind you, I could never hurt a fly. But this dog has been barking for the last 4 hours, obviously it's not the dog I should be strangling but the owners who I'm wondering if they are neglecting this dog.
Any advice on how to handle this?

As to advice, if you suspect the dog is being neglected, report it. Animal Control should send someone out to check on it, the poor thing.

3. i had a friend who had the same problem nite after nite |
|
one night he yells over the fence
"If you can't hear that dog barking, you won't hear the shot that kills it"
The dog was inside every nite after that.
(sometimes biker friends come in real handy hehehehe)

4. Dallas has a very effective call-in number for this type of thing. |
|
They stopped a bad barking-dog situation behind our house in 48 hours. The best thing? It's totally anonymous.
