Can anyone recommend a good fitness DVD or 2?
Can any of you guys out there recommend a good aerobic/fitness DVD? I know a lot of people might say "don't buy one... you'll never make time to do it..." but the past couple of months, I've gotten serious about fitness... I work out every evening for about 30 minutes to an hour, and I have been watching what I am eating

By the way, whenever I DVD has a female instructor, does that mean that it is a workout exclusively for women? My local store only carries female intstructor DVDs, except for the Billy Blanks Tai Bo stuff...

Peace,

My brother-in-laws mother gave them to me. They won't make you buff but they are good for giving definition. I also took a class on Pilates at school. So it is a real thing. They are expensive so you could check eBay for a better price. Have you thought about taking a Yoga class locally? I took one and it was fantastic. It was cheap and getting hands on help was great.

3. Uh... Did I mention I was a guy...
... Yeah, yeah, I know its not very masculine for a guy to workout using fitness videos, but I really don't have time to exercise until late at night when I'm at home, and I don't have any money to join a gym, at least not right now...

Are these videos for guys?

4. I'm male..
I'm not doing it to get buff, just toned. If you want to bulk-up I don't know what to suggest.

5. No, no, no...
... I don't want to look like the guy on the cover of "Flex"... I just want to flatten my gut a little and develop good muscle tone... I already work out using dumbells, and I do push-ups and various crunches...
