Fighting the good ole boys in my county, it finally dawned on me, it's like fighting al qaeda. If you manage to take one down, three more surface in their place; and if you manage to scare them out of your region, they just show up in the backwoods of the next county where they just begin the same (over-development) slaughter that they were doing in yours.
