For everyday drinking, Old Crow can't be beat at the price.
For a weekend bourbon, I like Makers Mark and Wild Turkey's Russell's Reserve (Jimmy Russell being the single most important figure alive in American distilling).
For special occasions, I have A.H. Hirsch 16-year-old.

9. In addition to Knob Creek, Booker's is excellent as well. |
|
Made by Booker Noe, one of Jim Beam's grandsons. It's uncut and unfiltered.

although the others mentioned are nice, too. Never sprung for Baker's -- it's close to $50 a bottle.

Elijah Craig. It's 12 years old, 100 proof and the price is right. about $15 for 750ml.
