Or are YOU the one being watched? --- When you bring in your groceries, have you noticed your neighbors curtains moving slightly? Do their mini-blinds bend to reveal a peeping eye?

That's one of the reasons my son's car was stolen from right out in front of the house and we didn't realize it till the police called to let us know it was on fire about 5 miles away. :(

As for the neighbors, I only look if one of them is leaning on their horn trying to get their friends to come out. THAT is extremely annoying. I want to get a good glare at them.
