Bizarre Supergroups - Your Suggestions.
Don't know why I was thinking about this, but there you go, how about a supergroup entirely consisting of bald men? You could have...

Drums - Phil Selway (Radiohead)
Bass - Holger Czukay (Can)
Keyboards - Brian Eno, Mike Garson
Guitars - The Edge
Vocals - Michael Stipe

Any bizarre supergroups based on people sharing something in common you need to see?

1. I was going to put together a gay supergroup
but I can't think of any gay bassist. Drummers yes, but not bassists.

3. How about a band made up of a bunch of guys.....
who were in seminal 80's new wave/punk bands from the Chicago area who were popular at the time but never really hit the big-time.

Oh wait, that sounds a lot like the band I'm in now.

12. Woah! Not without Bootsy, my friend.
No way in HELL you're going to have an all-black band with Jimi and not Bootsy. Not if I have anything to say about it, anyway. :)

14. Bootsy is 'da bomb...
Him or Stanley would work.

Also flexible on Will Calhoun.. He's the only black ROCK drummer I could think of.

Jazz, I could name a half a dozen. Starting with Art Blakey.
