(I've always wondered what that would be like.) Then, all nice and relaxed, sit down, quiet down and listen to my heart beating. Then fully feel the place where my body connects to the earth, or the chair, or whatever I'm perched upon. Then listen to my head, breathing out the panic and fear, breathing in the clear, empty air, til all the bad stuff is gone.
