give me some pointers on these areas
I have to do a presentation for class covering these parts. just some basic tacts in them:

Designing Web Sites for Readers with Disabilities
Designing Sites for Multicultural Audiences
Ethics, Compyright laws, and the Web

I know some basic things about the last one, but the other two are giving me a bit of a hard time.

1. The First
Section 508 compliance.

Sites need to be readable by screen reader software for the blind and many other issues. Government must obey by last year but repugs have ignored it.

Biggest example is leaving off the Alt tag or title tag on images so a screen reader can say the name of the image.

5. For multicultural audiences...
maybe see http://www.w3.org/International/

or google. I just did "internationalization web pages" and got quite a few hits.

We have trouble over here in the South Pacific becuase of the use of English as well as a lot of Asian languages that have wild character sets.
