Help Needed: Anyone have contacts with Seattle LE (Law Enforcement)?

As far as I know, Emillie Quirk is still missing. I'm having a problem getting anything from Seattle LE (Law Enforcement) and all my e-mails to different groups out here have gone unanswered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. She is not related to me, but she did disappear a few blocks from my house on Alki Beach here in Seattle and I'm trying to help the best I can:

Amber Alerts are usually only sent out for children and only if there is something to go on like a license plate or something like that.

Emillie just disappeared. LE usually doesn't do anything unless it is a young child and/ or they suspect foul play.

Nothing like this happened, and she may have been a run away, but no one is absolutely certain this is a runaway, but if she is a runaway, all her parents want to know is if she is all right.

I don't know the parents or her, but I work with many missing person groups and families go through hell when LE doesn't do anything and their daughter or son or loved one disappears and they don't know where he/ she is and don't know what to do. It is one of the most frustratingly horrifying things a parent or loved one can go through. Just think how you would feel if your daughter or son or loved one disappeared and sorry for ranting. I hope you understand what I mean,

BOTHELL, Wash. -- Police were searching for the man who assaulted a 15-year-old girl while she was waiting for a school bus Thursday morning in what police called a "sexually motivated" attack.

The man grabbed the girl from behind as she was waiting for the bus in the 18200 block of 98th Ave. NE in Bothell, police said.

The girl resisted and screamed, and the man ran away. The girl wasn't hurt, police said.

The man was described as a Hispanic male in his early to mid thirties. He was about 5 feet, 5 inches to 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with shoulder-length black wavy hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt with red lettering on the front.

A sketch of the attacker appeared to resemble the sketch released by Bellevue police of a man responsible for eight attacks there in February and March.
