That's why you can pour a half and half (half guinness, half beer) and the guinness will float on top. It's lighter, but somehow more filling.

You might enjoy a bavarian hefeweizen, belgian wit or fruit lambic. I had a beer from Unibroue called Quelque Choses which was designed to be drunk hot. It tasted liked mulled cherry cider; I don't think there were any hops in it, even; just spices.
