I've just decided that it's not worth listening to the right wing asshats that Jon has on.

I certainly understand Jon's desire to balance out his guests, and I think it's actually pretty insidious that he has on all these wingnuts who can't help but spout nonsense (or at least thats what it seems like to me) when Jon gives them enough rope. But I just can't bring myself to listening to the interview when I know what talking points their going to be spouting after ten seconds of listening to them talk...

2. Tape and fast forward
I don't get cable but my partner does and when we get together on weekends we watch the previous week's Daily Show. FF through commercials and celeb guests-- much better that way.

4. Went to her book signing on Saturday
She was hilarious and incredibly down to earth. Got to meet her and shake her hand. I love that woman.
