Edited on Fri Apr-23-04 03:14 AM by The Democratic Kid
I would go to the past and save my family from the horrors that they were forced to go threw. The future is to horrifying for me to see.

5. I think I'd go a few hundred years into the future
Messing with the past is dangerous.

And if the future sucks by the 24th century, I might as well give up.

But if it rocks, ooooh, would it ever rock!

6. I would go back to
1941/42 as a young Polynesian boy to experience war through their eyes. Not enough literature from that perspective. I know, kinda cheesy but I bet there were some good stories.

9. I'd Visit Pleistocene North America 100K Years Ago
Since I suspect that time traveling to past cultures (Including our own) would be exceedingly dangerous for time-traveling tourists, I'd happily settle for a "camera safari" to North America about one hundred thousand years ago to see the wildlife and not have to worry about interacting with the local humans. Much of North America south of the glaciers well watered and probably quite pleasant, except for the mosquitos and the hungrier mega-fauna.

10. Go back to 1961
I'd love to have experienced the 1960s and 1970s and to have been old enough to appreciate the 1980s

I'd say, The Middle East in the early 1900s.

Loved Lawrence of Arabia.

13. Screw space time, and cause and effect.
I would go back to the classical period, jump start the industrial revolution 1500 years early and put myself in charge. Then I would continue to use the time machine to travel forward a year at a time or so in order to set myself up as the eternal emperor.
