I haven't liked a movie this much since Seabiscuit, and before that, Memento, and before that, L.A. Confidential.
And Paul Giamonti as Harvey Pekar--one of the best acting jobs I've ever seen.
If you haven't seen this movie, rent it. It's really wonderful.

Paul Giamatti (sp?) was great, and it was so original. Nice to see a movie that isn't mindless formula, huh? AND it was completely hysterical.
Another good one I saw semi-recently was In America. Not on video yet, I don't think, but worth catching when it is.
