(note: I put "crimes" in quotes because I don't really know what the hell is this is talking about in terms of "end sexual terrorism in Washington". It might mean something stupid like "No more presidents doing their interns" or might mean something good like "No more republican senators raping their page boys while writing 'family values' legislating outlawing homosexuality and while serving divorce papers on their wives dying of cancer", or something actually relevant like putting away pedophiles and rapists, but I'm sure it's something stupid).
