Any bored people with avatar creator skills?

I have a .gif I would like to see if could be made into a custom avatar for me - it's Tenniel's White Rabbit dressed as a herald. Thx.

If it is a little to big it gets resized. That is why mine is a little distorted.

When resizing gifs it's best to convert to RGB from indexed color before resizing.

12. You might want to crop it at the waist first. Probably an artistic crime,

but with the face that small, it's going to look like a flea at avatar size unless you do.

3. I gave it a quick try, but I'm no expert on this

When I tried to scale it down, it became pretty much unrecognizable. Not really sure what to about that.

4. yeah, that's what happened when i used my photo programs to change

size, resolution etc :-( I was hoping it was just me.
