yup, raw. My father would get'um at Broadway Market(Baltimore), add milk & serve. Of course, in those days(mid 60's)cows weren't cannibals.

Were Calf-Brainios a regional or ethnic breakfast food? I had some relatives in the south, and I remember a great uncle eating left-over cornbread in milk, like cereal. No brain eating, though. I'll bet your grandmother was tougher than my great uncle.

I do run a small zoo: two cats, a rat terrier, a guinea pig, three kids plus 3 or 4 extra neighborhood kids who hang around. :crazy:
