21. I did not mean to imply that anyone here was poor.

But imagine Cheney having to get by on even an above-average income, instead of the huge one he has now. All I meant was that I hoped he would see that most people really do have to worry about money and how they're going to spend it. All he has to worry about is what color to paint his boat. I didn't want to say that making X amount of money would be punishment for him, but more of an educational experience. I'd rather he learn about the challenges ordinary Americans face than see him reborn in some silly suffering way.
