I Hit My Own Car...Ask Me Anything!
I hit my car with my truck the other day and caused $3,000.00 in damage. Fortunately, the insurance company is waiving the deductible; so I won't be out any cash. Hell, I've sent over $20,000 to them for my premiums since I've been with them; and I've had only one accident that was my fault...well, now it's two. I hope my rates don't go up.

2. I drove over my glasses once.
Lawd knows that wasn't as costly -- but worrying -- I was 70 miles from home and had to drive back squinting.

3. My ex hit my car...
on the day she moved out!

She had her Tercel parked on the lawn to load stuff, and it slipped out of gear, rolled down the steep hill in front into my car. It stove in the passenger side door and bent the frame. Insurance fixed it, but it was never the same again and always leaked when it rained!

5. Thanks for playing Ben, and now for your parting gift...
wow, that was cold. And what a way to remember her by - hope you don't live in Seattle or some other rainy place.

4. this is what my husband does for a living
paintless dent repair ....

He doesn't do paint but can bring a car with
no paint damage back to showroom quality for
a lot less than a body shop and you don't
get stuck with bondo or paint patches .

6. I did that and my insurance company didn't pay...
something about in Texas, if both cars belong to you and one damages the other, it isn't covered. My husband got a new truck and I forgot it was parked in the driveway next to my van. It sucks! I have a good natured husband who heard the crash from inside the house and came outside laughing. He knew exactly what I had done. That helped dry up the tears of frustration.
