Heads Up Hockey Fans
Gordie Howe is now on ESPN Classic in the 1964 Stanley Cup finals game against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

For those, like me, who've never seen a game Gordie Howe played in, I'm curious to see how good he was.

Just thought I'd toss this out in case anyone's interested.

1. What is amazing about Gordie is that he was still playing (and well) at 52
I don't think any other physically demanding sport, (football etc.) can claim a professional player of that age...I did see him play when he was young and he was pretty great....Bobby Orr was amazing...He had to quit at the age of 29 because of his knees, but he was a defenceman, and won the scoring championship three years...Unheard of....Then there's Gretzky....61 records that have never been broken....See what happens when you get us Canadians stirred up about hockey...hahaha
