Edited on Mon Apr-26-04 04:42 PM by Kadie
and can even give me a little bit of the jitters, but, if I have a little in the afternoon I feel like I am ready for a nap?

I would love to lay down on the couch right now but I don't dare, I know that would only make me feel worse.

Yawnnnnnnn!

3. Coffee is my friend.
When I hear the words "addict" I feel like I should cut back. But I so enjoy that morning cup and actually, I make my coffee very weak. So I would probably have to drink several cups to equal a regular cup. I almost made a cup of herbal tea this afternoon, but decided to finish of that little bit of coffee in the pot. I think I will go back to tea in the afternoons.

9. Two cups of coffee in the morning, then it's Green Tea
for the rest of the day. Been doing that for awhile. Green tea has caffiene in it, but it also has lots of beneficial medicinal properties. It tastes soooo good once you get used to it, even with no sweetener.

1. Dehydration?
coffee tends to dehydrate the body, and dehydration makes you tired and yawn.

4. This could be it
I haven't had nearly as much water today as I usually do. Is the the coffee itself that dehydrates or is it the caffeine?

7. Well, I don't drink coffee in the morning.
I just pop a caffeine pill. Instance wake up. And in the afternoon, I take another one and it keeps me going for the rest of the day.

8. I have never drunk coffee
I love the smell but have never actually drank it.

Well, I tell a lie. I had a sip once and hated it so much, I never tried it again.

It's Tea for me.
