2. It's funny
I just sort of had a moment with the future ex, where it struck me as I was watching her that not being married to her might just be fine. :)

Funny, funny moment. At any rate, lock the liquor cabinets and hide the car keys to be on the safe side. ;)

4. Just be careful, Robb.
You've only been separated a few weeks and that's a very, very short time. You really need to be careful about the rebound effect. Don't get seriously involved for quite awhile, because it'll just be rebound and you'll end up hurting someone. Been there, done that, on both sides!!!!

7. Hey, Robb, let me really confuse things...
16 years ago my partner and his wife separated and 6 months later I was his first (and only) post-marriage, gay relationship. I was his rebound, no possible way it could work. 15 years later, against every possible odd, we're still crazy in love.

Ignore all advice. Do whats right for you.

9. Rowdyboy, I am happy for you! And I agree!
I have met so many people who got together as so-called rebounds, and stayed together! I always say that "rebound" and "infatuation" are often terms we apply in past tense to relationships that don't work out.

Robb... seriously, I know how you feel. I am divorced, and honetly, one day, I just wanted to get back into the dating pool, and swim!!! There's nothing wrong with wanting to have fun, wanting some affection, and wanting to feel good. I would recommend that you make it clear to anyone you date for a while that you are only looking for something casual, for companionship, for mutual fun. If things are meant to progress beyond that, then taking it slow at first won't hinder it.

Best of luck to you, Robb. From what I have seen of you here, you seem like a really nice guy, and I hope you find nice, fun ladies who want to take you out on the town and show you the time of your life!!! (and if you're in Houston, pm me! hehe!;-) )

10. She's not even two...
but she loves to flirt with men. Hide and go seek is a little tough, but she is available for peek-a-boo anytime!

Can't for the life of me figure out where she got THAT from!

I agree that you probably need to just take one thing seriously for right now--having fun and remembering who YOU are without your wife. The rebound effect is real, although some people can avoid it. As Mork would say: "Fly...be free!"

Wanted:

A tall well-built woman with good
reputation, who can cook frogs
legs, who appreciates a good fuc-
schia garden, classical music and tal-

But please only read lines 1, 3 and 5
