I gave up coffee about 9 months ago, and started drinking teas. I have tried a lot of different ones, but for some reason I like the bitterness of green tea in the morning. I really did like the Jasmine tea though, and thanks for reminding me to get some more.

22. How Jasmine tea is made... |
|
The Jasmine flowers are picked early in the morning and left in a cool dry spot during the day. While the tea is going though it's oxidation process, at night for Jasmine tea, the Jasmine flowers are spread over the tea. This is done at night because Jasmine flowers open at night and are very fragrant when they open.

We don't have chickens anymore and I sure miss the taste of range eggs. We had 2 Araucanas named Phobe and BooBoo which were the names of Lynn Redgraves 2 goats. They were funny looking but sure were good layers. In the end we had 3 hens, the 2 Araucanas and a Rhode Island Red we called the Little Red Hen.
Buttered grits and crisp bacon is another winner.

I got these at the local Farmer's Market. The guy that owns them lets them "free-range". I have never had a tastier egg. Yummy.
