There is only one way to do those songs and I am sure (if they didn't know before and they SHOULD have) that anyone who actually laid down money for one of her albums is thinking-"Wow that is some sorry crap".

The funny part was in the intro they mentioned FOUR of Glorias hits...........well there are SIX contestants and we have seen that there just aren't enough songs that anyone remembers.

The "Miami Sound Machine" (leaches off the 'Miami Vice' south beach club loounge lizards are cool weirdness of the 80's) was backing them up and they sounded pretty horrible. Maybe too many of them were in one of those bus wrecks and reverted back to the Holiday Inn by the airport band that they were before the marketing machinery kicked in.

I haven't been watching it at all this year, but tuned in tonight. Didn't see them all, but that girl Fantasia, whom everyone raves about, totally sucked.

But, they ALL sucked. It really was the music, so I can't judge by tonight's performances. The music is bland, and Gloria Estefan is a talentless, right-wing whacko. There's no way ANYONE could sound good singing that crap.
