I'm stressed so I have been pulling inwards lately

I am being less social, staying at home, hiding in my lab, quieter. Its as if I want to make myself smaller.
It's spring. I am not supposed to be depressed when it is spring. It's a good thing that it isn't winter right now.
A lot of it is circumstantial. No, I don't want to talk about it right now. That's part of the deal with my inwardness. It's several things although I know there are others who experience much more unfortunate things, some of who I worry about now.
We don't know how things are going to turn out though. I'll go back to being quiet, hoping for a better tomarrow.

2. go outside and look at the beauty around you, hon. Right now,

robins are singing outside and the sound of them is so beautiful, I am glad to be alive. Sometimes being alone is good but not forever.
Try and see the sunshine. Its there.
