3. I'm not happy with the gain in weight
that just happens over time.

Good luck with the weight and feel okay about yourself.

Weight is not what we are?

8. no no no no no no no no no
within yourself you have so much, obviously from your writings. Do not let anyone tell you the external is more important than the internal.

Some have both "looking good"

Some don't.

That's life.

My life has been complicated and not so good in many ways even though I haven't had to struggle with weight problems.

One never knows who or what is around the corner.

Always look for the corners!

16. No, it matters in college too
Which is an awful thing to say, I know, but people in college are just as shallow as they are in high school. The trick is to find the people who hate the people from high school as much as you do.

10. Im not happy
mainly because of the American way of life.

All of this emphasis on work and work comes first, play is secondary.

Not to mention the obsession with material objects and money here.

11. Oh you asked a loaded question.
Where do I begin?

Let me see, I am apart from my lover by 8,000 miles. I have not seen her at all this year, and probably wont be seeing her this year. Unfortunately we don't have the money to pay for trips for her to come to Australia for one trip a year, let alone more trips in a year.

What has to change, immigration laws, and less discrimination would be a great help.

19. Sorry to hear that...
You pretty much nullified my answer to this question. My partner is gone 4 days/3 nights a week. Apart for a year? I can't imagine.

25. I wish I could just imagine being apart...
...but for Sapph and me, it is a reality.

We don't get the luxery of spending holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, nights, weekends, or any day of the week together. And unless some luck begins coming our way, we are likely to not see each other at all this year.

13. I'm not happy because I can't change the world.
I've changed myself which is what I can do. I've done all I can do but I can't change anyone else or the world for the better. Gets depressing.

14. What's keeping me? Me. What has to change? Me!
Gotta have more faith in my work (I'm a writer). Gotta have less fear about life in general. Gotta start believing that others in my life believe in me, have faith in me. But before that happens, I know I have to believe in myself first.

It's SO not easy to do that.

You ask good questions, Snoggera. Wish I had better answers. But that's the whole friggin' problem, innit?!

Peace.

I got you beat on that hands down.

Society wrongly tells women to be extremely thin, which is more unhealthy than being obese.

23. If I weren't so tired.
I'd be happy. When I'm not tired, I can fix the more negative things going on in my life - the pains of my disability, weight flux, financial woes, family time. When I'm tired, I just want to curl up somewhere and hibrinate.

Recently, I've come to wish that there were about four more hours in the day - one more during the day for work and errands, and three more right after midnight so I can get a good rest.

Haele

It's gotten bad enough for me to start seeing a therapist about it. Ok, there are other issues as well; but Dumbyass and his crew are a tremendously negative factor in my life right now.
