There's a commander-type speaking and at one point he says "You have no chance to survive, make your time. All your base are belong to us." (may have left out some lines...)

Anyway, google "All your base are belong to us" and video and you can find it. The funnier part is that someone photoshopped about a zillion normal scenes (street signs, shirts, displays, etc.) to say "all your base are belong to us"...

Its 15 minutes of fame have been extended to an eternity. As long as there is an Internet, there will be an "all your base are belong to us" and all of the jokes that come with it.

I think the goatse fellow and probably also the Star Wars kid have reached this status of Internet immortality, but all of the others are probably just passing 15 minutes of fame deals. Lcpl Boudreaux, though, is getting close.
