I had bean sandwiches last night. It was so good I think I'll do it again.

Recipe:

1 can garbonzo beans, mashed
stiff jolt of hot sauce
teaspoon cumin
half teaspoon of garlic powder or 1 small clove
3 heavy glops of mayo
1 smallish tomato, diced
1/4 cup cilantro (optional, but mighty fine)
salt and pepper

Mix it all together and make yourself a right bitchin' sandwich.
All "measurements" are approximate - when in doubt add more cumin.
Makes 2 1/2 - 3 sandwiches.

I used potato(e) bread. A bit hardier. And gooder. Alas, no spouse to offend. I tolerate garbonzos (most beans really) pretty well. Not too much of a breeze blowin' back there.
