I use Norton's and received this email with an attachment which I didn't open.
Has anyone ever received email such as this? And what should I do, lol. I'm a complete computer ditz and my son is away.

If you just cut and pasted that from the e-mail, a good first clue is that Symantec is spelled with an "e" not an "i."
I've never seen any mail like that which was legitimate.

I did cut and paste it and I too noticed it was mis-spelled. That's why I thought of asking here. Just seemed weird.
