3. The problem isn't size

You are posting it to a MSN site. The link works for MSN/Passport members only. In order to see it we have to give Microsoft permission to track our every movement. Some are not too fond of Microsoft and thus do not use Passport.

Instead what you need to do is store the pick in a site that does not require permission to access. If you have a cable modem most ISP provide web space for you to create your own sites. You can post the pic there and then provide the link here.
