Spyware - Make it stop! Tech Gurus, please help.

I have been using SpyBot with great success, but recently (the past week) I have had a barrage of spyware.I don't know what is going on, but the spyware "ClientMan" just WONT't go away.

Any ideas to alleviate this situ greatly appreciated.

Not really detectable by Spybot and Adaware, and not detected as a virus by programs like Norton. It's because it's a script that changes a file on your computer called 'HOSTS'. The 'HOSTS' file determines the IP address destination for many sites. That's what may cause redirects. Do a search for it, and open it as a text file. You'll be shocked.
