I've got to go with a cereal I've had a healthy addiction to for the better part of my 27 years...

just remember to put the milk in before you go to bed or it's like eating driveway gravel. Also great hot with lots of honey.

let it sit a few minutes after mixing, softens up the nuts

god, I haven't eaten that in 25 years.

Can't find 'em any more. Closest thing is Vital 100 (a Safeway brand), but it's not that close. It's more like Wheaties.

I like Cap'n Crunch with Crunchberries, but it tears the hell out of my mouth. Plus, I can't stop at half a box, so I get it very rarely.
