I'm going to Costco tomorrow. What should I buy? |
|
Right now, I have a short list: MCI phone card (670 minutes), tequila, tomatoes, and cigarettes. Plus, I plan to buy gas which is usually 10-20¢ per gallon cheaper than stations in the area.
And, next week I will return to buy tires for my truck.
It's getting warmer. Maybe I should bring an ice chest for frozen "goodies".
Are there any books, DVD's, or CD's I should look for?
What else should I look for to buy?
:D

1. You are due for a hard drive upgrade |
|
There are lots of articles, reports etc on the net that you need to save before George Bush makes them disappear. Plus Wonk is providing you with lots of video and audio clips that you need to archive.

2. We always get our paper towels and our toilet paper there. |
|
Kirkland tp and Bounty paper towels. And they have the best price in town on ribeye steak, if you're a meat eater. You also can't beat their prices on batteries and ibuprofen.

3. A Costco executive membership |
|
with all the moolah you are about to give to Costco, I think except for the cigs and gas, you are eligible for a rebate if you have the exec membership. I got one good until 2 mos past my renew date. And there are some interesting discounts associated with it...

6. They had the biggest lobster tails I've ever seen..... |
|
Last time I was there. Tails were 3 lbs. each. I couldn't afford any, so I got a big chunk of imported gouda instead.
