For those that haven't heard of this style. Think JPop meets Marylin Manson with more drama.

and that would be The Pizzicato Five, whom I enjoy very much, although they don't really have a Marilyn Manson streak. It doesn't bother me that they sing almost exclusively in Japanese any more than it bothers me that Stereolab (whom I just discovered and am crazy about), sing mostly in French.
Can you provide a link to a site that features a lot of these bands? I would be interested in learning more.
