Finally! A Happy Meal for Me! |
|
McDonald's is selling Happy Meals for grownups? My idea of an adult Happy Meal is a tofu burger, a bottle of Ginseng Rush and a vibrator.
What's in your Happy Meal?

Seriously, they're close to being McRibs, but totally vegan and much, much, much, much better.
I learned the recipe from a friend who's been making them for nearly 30 years; she's from "The Farm" in Summertown, TN.
Even my hardcore meateater friends can't believe how f***ing good they are!
Mmmm, McVegan Ribs!
And some decent fries without beef-fat!

Some General Tsao's Chicken or a bit of East Indian Saag, a large water (or some Merlot if the mood is right), followed by a breath mint :7 and a hungry man for dessert. :P

and a Curry.
Or a 5 yr old Merlot, grilled chicken in a tomato and basil sauce, new potatoes, green beans. And my world-famous "Good, Bad and Deadly Pears".
The recipe is: -
Get pears, peal, halve and remove the centre with the core and other nasty stuff. Melt some chocolate, add cinnamon (about 1 teaspoon per 200g of chocolate) and sugar (again, 1 teaspoon for every 200g of chocolate). When the chocolate is melted, add a shot of Bailey's (1 shot per 200g of chocolate), stir and then place into the hollowed out centre of the pears.
Put into fridge and wait for it to chill - serve with a hot choc sauce. Or eat straight away.
