His press conferences typically aren't great, but Dubya's speeches are all models of clarity, concision and determination in comparison to those of his repulsive predecessor. I trust this one will be too.

I remember four years ago opining on this very forum that what the country needed then was not a doctrinaire conservative but a good, honest and true man who would restore integrity to the White House. In President Bush we have a man who fulfills those qualifications.
