After all, they cut away when the "shooting" took place. She was the gal who brought old Silvio his drinks. Maybe he felt bad about it, let her crawl around, shot into the air twice, and said, "this is a warning kid. I can't do it. Here's a ticket to Europe. Get the hell out of Jersey and don't ever come back. Now scram!"

That leaves open the possibility of writing her back into the script when (if) *Joey* fails this fall on NBC.
