That's it...I will NEVER buy another CD again |
|
I've always said, the only reason I pirate music is because the selection is better. You can get a host of great tunes without buying 80 million albums. WIth that I said if there was a good album,, I would pay for it. However, after getting burned today on the "Blow" soundtrack...forget it, deal's off. It's half decent yes. But three of the songs I bought it for weren't on it. I knowit's my fault for not looking at the list first...but I just assumed it would all be there.
You blew it music industry...pirate music is legal in Canada, and I'm taking full advantage of it now.

2. So, you're blaming the music industry because you can't read? |

3. If I can't read how did I type this? |
|
I blaming them for not putting every song on something labelled a "Soundtrack."
Course I didn't read it, I just assumed they'd be there...it's supposed to be a "Soundtrack"

Shouldn't something advertised as a soundtrack have everything on it?

You'll need to burn some of those MP3s to disc.

8. I've reached the age when "pop" music bores me |
|
and the artists that I like are few and far between, with cds coming out after longer and longer waits, so it's not that hard for me to pay out for a cd, although I agree with you in principle.
Every album should be available for listening (not downloading) before you buy it on the net.
What I want is a better way to sample anime. I know that I can download them, but if I could go into a store and watch an epsidoe or two before I bought them--like you can do with music--I'd probably buy more anime.

Use Apple's iTunes and you will never need to buy a whole album again unless you want to. And the artist gets paid! One good thing to check out on iTunes (the music of a dear friend of mine); http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAlbum?playListId=2549978
