9. Because it's a gift?

It might be a gift you want to return or exchange, but it's a gift nonetheless. When you think about it, WTF? We're alive and conscious, actually experiencing things, amazing things, horrifying things, f*cked up things, beautiful things. Sometimes I don't want to be here, but I am, so might as well make the best of it and act alive and be aware. So many people walk around like they're only half awake, if that.

Has anyone seen the film 'Code Unknown'? It's a powerful film. You feel like the characters in this film are surrounded by impenatrable glass, and you want so bad to help them break out of it. I think we'll find out the meaning of life or what this is all about when we get the courage to finally break through the glass.

And then, when our collective minds have decided that nothing is better than this, I imagine our consciousness will slip back into the void for a long rest, only to return to do it all over again, but better. That's my take on it, anyway.

One more thing <in jest>: After countless attempts, I believe THIS time around we defeat Bush, thereby halting the chain of events that led to worldwide destruction from which we were never able to recover from.
