I was about 8 when I remember my first experience with corn.
It was usually accompanied with fried chicken.

Must share this one. My grandmother used to say, "Oh my goodness, nothing but corn all around us, isn't it a beautiful sight!" Of course, she lived through the Depression, so it probably was.

Corn and soybeans are all you see in parts of this state. My earliest memories are from about 3 years of age.

And very confused, then slowly I got used to the idea and even learned to enjoy it. Now I see corn as often as possible and I'm planning a trip to Nebraska.

12. I'm having to deal with corn again tonight. It seems to be everywhere.

I'm barbequing chicken and I have to look at all that corn on the cob whilst I eat the chicken. Never mind the salad, shall I indulge? After all, corn is addictive, isn't it?
