1. So I see that the Country Scene hasn't backed off from it's...
Toby Keith mentality just yet!!!

With the changing demographics, Country "Music" is just about dead in the water.

:nopity:

4. At my 2-day-a-week...
shitty little job, the radio is welded to the local "Big Country" format station. Shoot me. Just flat-out fucking shoot me. If I hear any more of that half-baked, half-assed, half-formed Southern Rock Wannabe Music, I just might have to grab an ax and a tree-pruning saw and go explain my existential displeasure with it to the wider world.

My ghod, I want to dig Toby Keith's eyes out of his head with a TacoBell spork...

2. Well...I'll giver her credit for a few things.
1. She writes or co-writes her own songs.
2. She's made something of herself from rather humble beginnings.
3. She's attractive.

But, I've never heard her sing, and this song doesn't inspire me to want to do so.

3. She really can sing.
Taken with the appropriate sense of humor, it's not a bad song.

Oh, and she strips down to just about nothing in the video.

8. yeah. Talk about gratuitous. And weird.
The stripdown scene is as out of place in that video as me at my conservative short-haired workplace. And it's too short to be that exciting in the first place. Bizarre.

6. Great stuff. Reminds me of my sister. Anyone got a problem with that?
I like iconoclasm, even if the person doing it wouldn't use the word.
